Day 5 Part 3.

I did it with no color due to approaching deadline and little time to draw due to exams. And that truly provided a problem for when I needed to show them taking off their BLU disguises.

Ask me my “Top 5” of anything.

because I’m bored as fuuuuuck, plus I don’t feel like drawing tonight. SO HIT ME.

Go ahead. Gimme whatever you want.

Please ask it on my modblog here:

Please. Seriously. Please. Modblog. Ask it there. I don’t want to put mod stuff on my mainblog.

Is my favorite class after all.

Oh Pencil you handsome rogue.

But wait, aren't Spike, Twi, and Rarity all on blue?

Before anybody else gets confused, please remember this picture from my Day 1 VDC post.

2000 Followers?

Alright Guys. I’ve made it. And for that, I will get something done to thank you guys, I swear I will after my finals. But in the meantime, as a secondary thing for this 2000 follower milestone, I want you guys to tell me what I can improve on my blog. My art, my content, whatever, just gimme some criticism if you want to. Hell, if you want to criticize my personality, go ahead.

Also, have some Karkat. For reasons.

VDC Day 5 Entry Part 1

How'd you get so good at art?

Er… wow. Just lots and lots of practice over life. And be really observant in life, that’s important. Look at people and watch them, this will help you draw humans. Watch your surroundings to learn how to draw still objects. Watch a lot of TV, movies, comic books and stuff. They will help you draw cartoons. You observe whatever you need in order to draw what you need. No need to be extremely scrutinizing about it, just do it throughout life and practice often when you can.

As for content, listen to people, and make friends. This gives you experience, and experience gives ideas. Watch a lot of TV, movies, and READ, do not, i repeat, DO NOT forget to read. And despite what people say, TV doesn’t kill creativity, nor does it improve it. In my opinion, it merely evolves it. With enough experience you will learn how to give people what they want depending on what you want to give them.

Besides that, I guess art teachers and tutorials help too. They’re not the most important thing, but they’ll definitely help.

Happy Birthday to Lonely Inky
Damn, copying his lovely style is hard as fuck.

Touch of Class actually won the vote for secondary weapon name, but I remembered I was making a cloaking device, not a disguise kit. Anyways, Thanks for 1900 followers everybody! Onwards to 2000!
